A Brief Project Background

Widus International Lesiure, Inc. will operate a casino resort inside the Clark Freeport Zone. It is a 100% foreign-owned corporation and is duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The project consists of three phases involving a total of 5.2 hectares of prime property in the middle of Clark's commercial area.

The first phase will occupy a total of 1.9 hectares. This is where the two hotel towers will be constructed, together with the company's administration and marketing offices, and the banquet/convention facilities. Both towers will be six-storey high and will have a combined number of 270 rooms. It will include the usual but luxurious amenities such as a gym, salon, kid's inn, restaurants, bars, and a unique swimming pool. The construction of the first tower has already started last March 1 and is expected to be ready for occupancy by November of this year.

The second and third phases will include a water theme park, a casino, and another hotel tower.
